Frequently asked questions
How is your housing different from traditional rentals?
Divine Housing Solutions LLC offers structured independent living, which is different from traditional rentals in several key ways:
- All-Inclusive Living
Rent includes utilities, making monthly costs simple and predictable—unlike traditional rentals where bills are separate.
- Shared, Community-Based Environment
Residents live in a respectful shared home that promotes accountability and positive interactions, rather than isolated living.
- Structured Guidelines
Clear house expectations (cleanliness, quiet hours, conduct) help maintain a safe and stable environment for everyone.
- Lower Barrier to Entry
More accessible than traditional rentals, which often require high deposits, strong credit, and long-term leases.
- Furnished & Ready to Move In
Homes are typically set up for immediate living, reducing upfront costs and barriers. - Focus on Stability & Growth
Our housing is designed to support individuals in building consistency, responsibility, and long-term independence—not just providing a place to stay.
- Flexible Living Model
Month-to-month style arrangements may be available, offering more flexibility than standard 12-month leases.

How much does it cost to live there?
The cost of each bed varies depending on the specific home, room type, and availability. Pricing starts at $750 per month per bed, with all utilities included. Contact us for specific details.
Do you work with probation or reentry programs?
Divine Housing Solutions LLC collaborates with multiple agencies and support programs, including veteran organizations, probation and parole offices, and reentry programs, to assist individuals in securing stable housing. As part of our intake process, all applicants—whether self-referred or referred by an agency—are required to complete a background check to ensure the safety and stability of our housing environment.
